In the spring of 2006, with almost 30 years of experience in the kitchen, Executive Chef/ Owner
Greg Tournillon opened the doors of Foodies. Greg learned to cook alongside his
mother and grandmother in New Orleans and New York City, at the early age of 13.
He graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. He
then went on to work in Switzerland fine tuning his skills at one of the top 10
restaurants in the world. He spent many years traveling and learning as much
about local cuisines in much of Europe and Asia.
Foodies Marketplace & Deli, located in Chesterfield, MO, is a Gourmet storefront Caterer, Restaurant and Deli that promotes the celebration of food. Everything that we offer is made from scratch in our kitchen to guarantee we bring to your table the best that St. Louis and its surrounding communities have to offer.
